1. Overview of Service

Texture Punk provides downloadable design assets including textures, Photoshop brushes, fonts, stock photography, and other creative resources. All content is original and created by Texture Punk using physical methods.

Users gain access through a one-time lifetime subscription, granting download rights to the full collection of current and future assets.

2. Account Requirements

To access and download assets, users must:

  • Create a personal account

  • Maintain accurate account information

  • Keep login credentials secure

Account sharing is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

3. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase access, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded content for:

  • Personal and commercial projects

  • Unlimited modifications of assets

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or upload assets to other platforms

  • Share the raw files with others

  • Use assets in any way that violates applicable law

No attribution or credit is required, but it is appreciated.

4. Payments and Access

All payments are processed securely through third-party providers (Stripe and PayPal). Your purchase grants you lifetime access to all content on Texture Punk, including future additions.

Texture Punk reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available content, but access to previously downloaded or purchased content will be retained.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital and downloadable nature of the product, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion and only if:

  • No commercial use of downloaded assets has occurred

  • The user agrees not to retain or use any content downloaded prior to the refund request

Refunds are not guaranteed and will not be granted solely on the basis of access or dissatisfaction.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Texture Punk is the intellectual property of the site owner. Any unauthorized copying, reverse engineering, scraping, or misuse of the content is strictly prohibited.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Suspected fraud or abuse

Terminated accounts will forfeit access and are not eligible for refunds.
